Optometric Full Service Consulting
Each practice is a unique blend of technology and procedures, personalities, and services offered. If you’re not happy about the money you’re making or don’t look forward to coming to work each day, there’s something wrong. There’s no better way to identify and solve those problems than with an on-site analysis followed by a full day, doctor and staff seminar and learning session. You then receive a detailed report – suggestions for improvement by area and prioritized steps to achieving the goals you outlined before the consultation took place. Other topics covered in the report include marketing tactics or a marketing plan (when a budget has been set), yellow page review, advice on frames and visual merchandizing, and lenses and frame pricing assistance.

This service can be expanded to include 12 months of business coaching.

On-Site Training
When you send your staff to a conference, do you suspect that they arrive late and hung over for trainings? Or maybe staff is afraid of air travel? With the post 9/11 ‘hassle factor’ and cost of travel, more and more practices, both large and small, are opting for on-site training.
