Suter spends a good deal of her time in doctors’ offices helping
them grow, control and enjoy greater efficiency and profitability.
Earning her degree in Public Relations and Marketing
from
the University of Georgia, Donna has been involved with business management
and strategic marketing and public relations in the service and healthcare
sectors since 1976. As a former marketing manager of a multimillion-dollar
co-management center, Donna was involved in developing database marketing
tactics and generating optometric referrals. While there, she worked
with surgical centers to train marketing staff and to increase surgical
volume.
She has spent over ten years consulting with private, eyecare practitioners
and putting into place strategies that increase optical profitability,
staff efficiency and overall practice revenue.
• Her practice management and marketing consultations are designed
to enhance efficiency, increase optical revenue, and boost contact
lens sales. Consulting services also include strategies for increasing
laser vision correction services.
• She is well known for creating, writing and producing internal and external
campaigns that quickly pay for themselves.
• Donna lectures and develops programs for doctors and staff on team building,
productivity, dealing with managed care patients and paperwork, patient communications
and internal and external marketing.
